To selflessly sacrificing Master and the Supreme Master TV team, Lately, a fellow initiate felt somehow lost because he hadn’t seen any result after years of promoting veganism. I shared with him a few little stories which greatly increased his confidence. I thought that maybe sharing them with the viewers of Supreme Master TV would boost the confidence of those who wish to share truth, goodness, and beauty. I sincerely hope that we can always keep our faith until the end of our lives.
Story one: The seeds you’ve planted may have sprouted without your knowing.
Once, someone told me, “I’m so happy to meet you again. You might not remember that four years ago when we had met by chance, you said that one should keep a vegan diet, people who eat vegan food will have a calmer mind, and that one should often recite Buddha’s Name because Buddha is the representative of peace. We began to practice it after going home, and our family has really become very peaceful.”
Story two: Choose what is good and hold fast to it.
One time, I went to a vegetarian group gathering of 100 participants. Only when I went there did I find out it was a lacto-ovo-vegetarian group. Someone told me that it’s better not to create trouble, but I still felt that I should talk with the organizer, and the next day, I collected information like where to order vegan pastries and gave it to him. After a while, I found out that they had changed their promotional materials to a vegan version and also held vegan gatherings.
Story three: Almighty God knows every little kindness.
One time, I was already very tired after returning home from work. However, when I saw that several elderly bodhisattvas were cleaning the accumulated fallen leaves on the roof, I felt sorry for them and went over to help. Suddenly, one of the elderly bodhisattvas came up to me and said, “God loves you very much. Hes asked me to tell you that Hes has received your love. If you are tired, go quickly to meditate for a while or take a rest.” I was really touched.
Most Beloved Master, thank You very much. Whatever I do to benefit others all comes from Your inspiration. Your practicing what You preach is our best example and guiding light. I sincerely hope that You can always be safe, healthy, and have things going as You wish. May all people in the world be enlightened soon, so that Master may enjoy a relaxing and happy time while in the world! Disciple Wen-Mei from China
