Today we have a simple and healthy meal suggestion from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan).
“Hi wonder kids. Pray God that you are blessed with health and intelligence to take care of yourself and your loved family and friends when they need your help. Now I have a secret to share with you. When I do not have time to cook, I just make fresh, preserved vegetables. Fill half a jar or a glass container with hot or cold water, add some salt, vinegar and a little sugar plus a little bouillon powder, all mixed as much as needed to my taste. Then I throw in my favorite vegetable, washed and chopped, and enjoy it with bread or rice, even right away or in some days after. This way there is less washing up to do. Yum! Delicious! You can try that too. Bon appétit. God Loves you kids.”
We love you too, Supreme Master Ching Hai, and thank You for this tasty tip for an enjoyable meal.
