In today’s news, Australia assists Palestine in addressing COVID-19, new report links dairy consumption to chronic diseases, Scottish woman has successful double hand transplant, Morocco to install thousands of electric car charging stations, over 121 hectares of Hawaii rainforest is now protected land thanks to generous gift, major German sportswear brand bans fur, and South African veterinarians adopt pioneering technique to save two dogs.

Australia helps Palestine address the coronavirus.

Australia has provided US$1 million for Palestine via a grant to the World Health Organization (WHO) to assist in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. The caring donation, which was in response to efforts by Australia-headquartered initiative Project Rozana, will help provide necessary medical equipment as well as technical assistance. Australia is a recipient of five Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection and Good Governance; as well as a laureate of three Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Caring, Good Governance, Health Guardian and High Moral Value. Our sincere gratitude, Australia and Project Rozana, for your peaceful and compassionate work to aid the resilient Palestinian people. May Heaven bless the soulful brothers and sisters in Palestine to enjoy everlasting peace and well-being.

Scientific study urges everyone to go dairy-free.

An extensive report published by Switch4Good.org stated that the consumption of dairy products has been linked to “chronic diseases such as hormone-dependent cancers, type 1 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and infertility, among others.” Led by vegan Olympic silver medalist Dotsie Bausch, Switch4Good is a United States-based nonprofit, dairy-free advocacy group of over 400 athletes and medical experts. Entitled, “A Scientific Report on Cow’s Milk, Health and Athletic Performance”, the study further highlighted that dairy consumption may impede athletic performance and recovery by “reducing blood flow and tissue oxygenation, exacerbating respiratory symptoms, causing gastrointestinal distress, and degrading bone integrity.” Urging everyone to switch to plant-based alternatives, the 48-page report recommended all individuals “to adapt to a world without [using] cow’s milk – a world that is kinder, more sustainable, and healthier for all.” Many thanks, Switch4Good, for this important report. May humanity quickly transition to a vegan diet for a thriving and vibrant life, in God’s omniscience.

Coming up, Scottish woman has successful double hand transplant. We’ll now pause to thank payload systems engineers who work on space missions to plan, design, develop, test and monitor systems in terms of their carrying capacity (or payloads), ensuring their safety. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more mind-soothing news.

Hallo, charming viewers, I’m Bo-Bo the vegan Wildebeest. I am strong and fast on my feet because I am powered by plant-based foods. Be vegan, like me. I have a gardening tip for you. Seaweed can serve two purposes. Not only does it assist with growth in the garden, but it also functions as a natural snail repellent. Use about 10 centimeters of seaweed to surround the base of plants, and let it dry up and absorb into the soil. As soon as the snails approach the plant, they will be deterred and leave the plant alone as seaweed is salty and snails do not like that. During summers, the seaweed will shrink into the soil faster as a result of the dry weather. This will cause the seaweed to become rough, which will also ward off the slugs. Thank you for watching and love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Here’s the weather around the world!

Woman who received double hand transplant has successful recovery.

In 2019, Cor Hutton of Scotland, United Kingdom, was the first person in Scotland to receive a double hand transplant. She has since regained 90% of their function. Ms. Hutton, who is 50-years-young, had to have her hands and feet amputated due to an illness in 2013. Before receiving the transplant, she climbed to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in aid of Finding Your Feet, the charity that she founded to support families affected by amputation or limb absence, through social inclusion and sporting initiatives. Ms. Hutton has expressed her deep gratitude to the donor family. We are gladdened to hear of your amazing recovery, Cor Hutton, and of your caring organization. May your work continue to uplift lives, in the comfort of the Divine.

Morocco installs first locally built electric car charging station.

The Honorable Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Morocco’s Minister of Industry, Trade and Green and Digital Economy, recently presented the iSmart charging station for electric cars in the capital city of Rabat. This new innovation was developed by Moroccans and will be produced in Ben Guerir starting in 2022, with 5,000 scheduled to be made per year. The stations contain advanced monitoring features, come in a range of capacities up to 50 kilowatts, and can charge a small car in 30 minutes. They will facilitate more electric car use to help fulfill the country’s objective to reduce CO2 emissions in the transportation sector. Our accolades, Morocco. In the love of Allah, may your grand nation continue to prosper as you move forward towards an eco-friendly future.

Conservation of Hawaiian rainforest gets boost by generous gift.

To support environmental preservation in Hawaii, United States, landowner Patricia Godfrey donated over 121 hectares of rainforest in Pia Valley in the southern Ko‘olau mountains of the state. In a statement published by Hawaii’s Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Ms. Godfrey said, “On behalf of myself and my family I would like to thank our state conservationists and all who protect and defend our vital wild lands and the sanctuary they provide for their plant and animal inhabitants.” The native forest is home to ‘ōhi’a and koa trees as well as threatened and endangered plants and animals. To be called the Pia Natural Area Reserve, the land will be managed by the DLNR Division of Forestry and Wildlife, who expressed their gratitude for the “incredible legacy.” God bless you, Patricia Godfrey, for your extraordinary gift to your beloved Hawaii. In Celestial splendor, may our precious planet’s ecosphere be returned to its pristine glory.

Coming up, major German sportswear brand bans fur. It’s time to go make a green smoothie for a healthy energy boost. More cheerful news coming up on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Praiseworthy News for a Wondrous World.

Major German sportswear brand bans fur.

Adidas has become the 1,500th company to announce the ban of fur use in their products as it becomes a certified Fur Free Retailer. Adidas has used leather alternatives developed from fungi products to develop its new vegan shoe product line. In addition, the company has transformed some of its shoes into eco-friendly and animal-free products. Animal advocacy groups welcomed Adidas’ announcement. Brigit Oele, program manager of the Netherlands-based Fur Free Alliance, shared, “Not only is the commitment to a fur-free policy compassionate, it is also forward-thinking. Today’s consumers support fashion brands that care about animals and the environment….” Bravo, Adidas, for your smart choice. May more companies find ways to change all their products to be vegan, in Heaven’s infinite creativity!

South African veterinary surgeons save two dogs’ lives through innovative operation.

Dr. Adriaan Kitshoff and Dr. Ross Elliott of the University of Pretoria in South Africa performed life-saving heart surgery on Daisy, a 7-month-old French Bulldog, and Tallen, a 6-month-old Cocker Spaniel, using a pioneering technique. Both Daisy and Tallen had fused heart valves, which obstructed proper functioning of the heart. To increase the size of the opening by dilating the valve, the surgeons adopted balloon valvuloplasty for the dogs, similar to the procedure used for humans. Such surgery is a first in the 100-year history of the Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital in South Africa. The operations on both Daisy and Tallen were a success and the sweet canines are recovering well, with heart scans needed every three months to ensure the valves are not narrowing. Great news of your return to good health, Daisy and Tallen. Our gratefulness for your superb work, Dr. Adriaan Kitshoff and Dr. Ross Elliott. In the grace of the Providence, may your precision surgical skills save many more cherished animal friends.

Laughter is contagious, so share the fun with the joke of the day entitled “Salty Potatoes.”

At dinner, Jenny complained to her father that the potatoes were too salty.

“No need to complain, Jenny. This is the best food for hydration you could eat!”

“How is that!?”

“After you eat it, you will need to drink a lot of water.”

And now we have a heartline from Bita in Iran:

Greetings, and many thanks to Beloved Master and dear Supreme Master TV team. Today, as I was sitting in peace for the World Vegan meditation hour to pray for a vegan world, I saw many animals, including whales and dolphins, praying with Master for this purpose. Animals prayed that the hearts of human beings will be filled with light in order for peace to come. With the blessing of Master, the whole Earth and its inhabitants were surrounded with a halo of a beautiful rainbow, and everyone could be elevated with this spiritually higher energy. And for some moments, the soul of planet Earth was submerged in peace and love. Bita from Iran

Loving Bita, What a beautiful picture your vision and words paint. We pray that others may continue to join Supreme Master Ching Hai in meditation and action to save the glorious animals on our planet so that we may all see such a vision and know Paradise on Earth. May you, the vibrant Iranian people, and cultured Iran know joy and Truth. In Allah’s eternal Love and Blessing, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master had these words for you: “Spiritual Bita, the animals do very much care about our planet’s future and are pleading with humanity to U-turn and embrace the compassionate vegan way of life. They love us very much and do not wish to see our destruction. Ask your loved ones to also join us in prayer to help create World Vegan. May the Prophet’s Light guide you and the intelligent Iranian people.”

We welcome your heartlines, stories and or cute, loving animal clips. Please send them via SupremeMasterTV.com/heartline
