Growing up in a small town outside London,England, Katrina turned vegetarian when she was just 11-years-old after learning where hamburgers came from. As she learned more about the massive suffering involved in animal food production, she became a committed vegan. Katrina is the author of " Vegan ventures:Start and Grow an Ethical Business," one of the world's first books on how to run successful businesses based on vegan and ethical principles. The book is a compilation of over sixty in-depth interviews she conducted with owners of vegan-run businesses from dirrerent countries.
