I have a home care tip to share with you! Using an air conditioner for heating in winter can be convenient, but incorrect use can increase energy costs and affect health. Experts advise keeping the heating temperature between 20–23 degrees Celsius (68-73 degrees Fahrenheit), directing warm air downward so heat spreads evenly, and avoiding long, continuous heating sessions. Keeping doors closed helps retain warmth, but brief ventilation is still important to prevent stale indoor air. Because heated air can be very dry, adding moisture with a humidifier or bowls of water can help protect skin and breathing comfort. Large temperature differences between indoors and outdoors should be avoided, especially for children and older people, as sudden changes can shock the body and waste energy. During winter and seasonal changes, air conditioner filters should be checked monthly. Dirty filters restrict airflow, forcing the system to work harder and use more power, so cleaning or replacing them helps maintain efficiency and healthier indoor air.

Laughter is always beneficial, so let’s enjoy today’s joke together. It’s entitled “Could Be Anything.”

Kassandra’s friend was expecting, so she asked about the little one.

“Do you know the baby’s gender?”

“We do, but we’re not announcing it yet. We want it to be a surprise for everyone!”

“Mind if I guess?”

“Sure, go ahead.”

“A girl?”

“Oh no, you’re way off.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Josephine in the United States
