Clean air is a wonderful goal for our world and while we switch to greener solutions, I'd like to offer a tip on how to minimize exposure to air pollution. Check daily air quality forecasts in your area through an app or internet site such as AQair.com or aqicn.org. Avoid outdoor activities when pollution levels are high, or choose alternative routes, as pollution can be highly localized in time and space. It's also wise to avoid being outside, especially exercising, during rush hours (7-9 am and 4-6 pm), when pollution from petrol and diesel vehicles peaks. In your house, keep windows that face busy roads closed during these times. Since wearing masks has become commonplace, consider using a well-fitted N95 mask outdoors, which can significantly cut down on inhaled pollutants. Lastly, take measures to maintain good air quality inside your home as well, like using air purifiers.

The amusement lounge chair is waiting for you as the joke of the day is about to go on air. It’s called “Working Alternative.”

A man was walking around outside his office building stretching to try to relieve the aches in his body, when a passerby asked him about it:

“Sore neck and back, huh?”

“Yeah, I’ve been sitting at the computer all day, so I feel so stiff and slow.”

“You could try updating to a newer computer.”

“What would that solve?”

“Well at least one of you would be fast and responsive.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Busisiwe in South Africa
