I love getting outdoors and healing in nature’s bountiful gifts and so do your dog-buddies! Today I would like to share a tip on how to care for your dog-companions’ paws. Regularly check for foreign objects like pebbles or thorns, especially after outdoor adventures, and gently remove any debris using tweezers. Routinely trim their nails to prevent injuries and discomfort while walking. In general, trim nails monthly, ensuring they don't touch the ground when standing on a flat surface. Moisturize paw pads with dog-companion products to prevent dryness and cracking. Introduce exercise gradually to avoid running injuries, particularly on hard surfaces like asphalt. By following these paw care tips, you can keep your furry friend happy and healthy.

Hopefully, your giggle muscles don’t feel too sore after listening to the joke of the day. It’s entitled “Three Meals per Day.”

Chester goes to the doctor:

“Well, unfortunately, you are a bit overweight, which puts you at risk for a number of health issues.”

“Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, Doctor. What should I do?”

“Well, let’s start by putting you on a diet of three meals per day.”

“Ok, Doc. I got it. It's three meals per day but how many should I eat at night?”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Judith in the United States:

Dearest Ultimate and the most Beloved Master, I have been attending the group meditation every Saturday morning, but since Friday evening, January 12, my heart started pounding for some reason, and I felt worried as if something was about to happen, so I thought maybe I should postpone the group meditation to Sunday. But Sunday was difficult for my schedule, and I couldn’t decide, so I postponed the decision until the next morning. On Saturday morning, the Sun was so bright, and my mind said, “It’s very essential to go to the center every week!” and I went to the center with a joyful heart. The Sun was so warm, and I meditated so happily. As I was leaving the center, I suddenly remembered the worry that had come up yesterday.

I stopped at the market on my way home to pick up some vegan products, and once again, I heard the voice in my mind saying, “Hurry up, I don’t have time!” I hurried out of the market and headed home. Everything was going smoothly until, after about 20 minutes, I suddenly heard a loud banging noise coming from behind me. It started with the car right behind me, and then a whole bunch of cars crashed into each other. It was rush hour traffic, everyone was driving around 20 miles an hour, and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. The car behind me made an extra effort to avoid hitting me because its brakes were failing, and I could leave the scene safely. At that moment, I exclaimed, “Master protected me, thank You very much!” My usual routine is to meditate and then always come straight home, but I reflected on my stop at the market that day.

Every day I feel more and more of Master’s protective Power and Love. Thank You so much for lovingly guiding my heart and opening it up to let the Light in after being trapped in darkness for so long. And thank You so much for opening my heart and eyes to recognize God. Sometimes I get teary-eyed thinking about Your Love, which is so overwhelming, and how You are working so hard to save our planet. May You always be healthy and safe, Master. I honor and love You from the bottom of my heart, Master! Judith from the United States

Fortunate Judith, We are so glad to hear how Master protected you from harm by Her immense Grace.

We are pleased to send you this reply from Master: “Sweet Judith, please make great use of your time and meditate as much as possible to bless yourself and the world around you. That is the best way to thank the Master Power. The world is in need of Light and initiates have the Light to share with the world. Please continue to practice well so that together we can transform our world into a vegan paradise for all beings! Remember to pay intuitive attention to some inner warning when the Master wants to convey some warning and act accordingly. Love you. May you and the brave people of the United States be embraced by God’s infinite Mercy.”
