You don’t know. The Master loves you so much, everyone, so much, so much. Even when you’re so blind and deaf and you don’t see the Master, you don’t hear the Master, still Master takes care. So, when you suddenly recover from your illness or suddenly have some miracles come to you, you think, “Oh, it’s natural. Maybe something.” No! Master’s taking care all the time. They don’t happen… Just you don’t see. They don’t happen just naturally. […]

Many of you see the Master come to your house. Take care of you in many ways. How many disciples see Babaji or Yogananda or their Master do that? It’d be only a few. So, enjoy your blessing. Don’t compare. Because you can’t compare. Nobody is better than you. Very special! Yeah. Happy? You don’t know. The Master loves you so much, everyone, so much, so much. Even when you’re so blind and deaf and you don’t see the Master, you don’t hear the Master, still Master takes care. So, when you suddenly recover from your illness or suddenly have some miracles come to you, you think, “Oh, it’s natural. Maybe something.” No! Master’s taking care all the time. They don’t happen… Just you don’t see. They don’t happen just naturally. Yeah. Don’t worry. Very special! More special than any other Masters’ disciples in the whole history.

OK. Want to speak? She. Yeah. Give her the microphone. Here, here. Here. Here first, please. Let all women speak, and later men speak. Maybe ladies first for a change. (Sometimes, I cannot judge...) Open, green. Make it green first. (It’s open.) It’s open? You try like this. Yeah, yeah. (Sometimes, I cannot judge well. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a relationship with a person that has fixed karma. When the person keeps asking for something, I cannot help but give even though I know that it will ruin me. I wish I could just give it all away and get it over with. If I give to the person in advance more than they’re asking for, won’t that end quickly?)

(Sometimes I’m very confused about the fixed karma. I feel that I have some fixed karma with a certain person and the person always requests from me so many things.) The person what? (Requests from me so many things.) Request? (Request many things from me.) Asks her many things. (Yes, yes, yes. And I feel that’s our fixed karma. And I want to get rid of all the fixed karma. But, is it possible that I give more to the person than the person wants, so many things, and then the fixed karma can be removed? Is it earlier than the fixed one?) If she gives more, (Yes.) then it’s easier to remove. Right? Is that what it is? (Yes, yes. Yes, earlier than fixed schedule.) I don’t know how much you have, you just feel inside. OK? Intuition. Once you have enough, you will just… “Enough!” You feel enough. It’s OK. If people ask, we give, it’s fine. But see if it’s reasonable or not. You will know, you will know. The time will come, you will know precisely. OK.

(I will ask a question.) Raise your hand. OK. Alright. Speak. (When I meditate, my upper body seems to turn silver and completely disappears.) (When I meditate, Master, I feel like my upper body becomes silver and it disappears. How about that?) That’s cool. Just one of the experiences. It’s OK.

(I’ve been practicing elsewhere for eight years, and I heard this method gives enlightenment quickly, so I got the initiation, on May 14th. But my Quan Quang [inner Heavenly Light] practice is not going well, so I’m wondering if Master could help my practice now. As the beginners don’t know.) (I am a new initiate. Before that, I had practiced another method for eight years. And now I learned the Quan Quang [meditation on the inner Heavenly Light]. But when I do the Quan Quang, it’s difficult for me to do the Quan Quang. Is it possible for You to open my Quan Quang [meditation on the inner Heavenly Light] Method, so I can really experience it right now?) Just close your eyes and meditate. Now. Forget the old method. OK? Concentrate on the new one. This one. It’s very simple. Forget everything and remember the wisdom eye.

OK. Next one. (We have a brother in our group – he was initiated in April 1997, when Master came to the opening ceremony of our vegetarian [vegan] restaurant. As his parents have very strong karma of killing, he often have done violent acts while working with his colleagues. And during the retreat of Yeongdong in 1998, he tried to enter the Center without ID card, he got into trouble with the Dharma guard. And later, his ID card was taken, and he was not allowed to enter the Center. He is still very eager to do group meditation with us at the Center. He came again this time, but he couldn’t attend as he did not have the ID card. He asked me to deliver his message to Master, so here I am asking.) Korean language, so long! You’re sure you translate everything? Or just you shorten everything. Because they speak so long and then you translate that much.

(There is a brother in Korea. His parents have killing karma, a lot. So, he has some troubles after initiation. He has conflict with other brothers and sisters often. For example, one of them was that two years ago, there was a Yeoungdong retreat. He wanted to join the retreat without his ID card, and he was rejected. And after that, also his ID card was taken away. Now he would like to send a message to this sister that he wants to join us again.) Why does he go without ID? Was his ID taken away before that? (Also he was fighting with the security at the retreat.) What’s the reason he had to do that? (He tried to attend the retreat without his ID card and was stopped by a Dharma guard. And he argued with the guard. So he came back with ID card next time, and they took it from him, on the spot. After that, He couldn’t enter the Center.)

(He wanted to join the retreat without ID card.) He forgot his ID? (Yes, yes, and so he…) He forgot it at home? (Yes, and so he made a conflict with the security.) OK, OK, fine. At that time, he forgot his ID? (No, the contact person took the ID card. I know the contact person has it now.) (So, after that, he took the ID card again to the retreat. But he was again rejected. Now the ID card is held by the contact person.) Who is the contact person? Where is the guard? Who is the one who [fought] with him? I have to know everything. There’s sometimes special circumstances. Who is the contact person who knows about this? Is there any guard who [fought]? You are the contact person? In the beginning, why he came without ID? He forgot at home? Or he just wanted to be difficult?

(He is not allowed to attend because he has been in trouble there. At the Seoul Center, he made trouble in the kitchen of the Center so I don’t let him attend.) (He made some trouble in Seoul Center, so contact person didn’t allow him to join the retreat.) No, I asked about the first one: why he came without the ID? He forgot the ID at home the first time? (Yes, he said he left it at home the first time, and he came back with ID card later.) (Yes, the first time he forgot the ID at home.) And then the guard did not let him in. (Right. And they had some physical conflict, or some…) Some what? Physical. (Physical conflict.) You mean Kung fu fighting? Wow. (Little bit, kind of.) Must be Taekwondo. Taekwondo. (Yes, Taekwondo.) Is that right?

Because he didn’t let him come in the retreat, therefore it’s a problem like that. He forgot the ID? (Yes, he forgot the ID.) Then the guard should have let him stand by there and wait to check it out. People sometimes forget their ID. I appreciate the guards doing their duty very strictly, but sometimes, people just forget their ID. So say, “Why don’t you stay here and wait for the contact person, maybe if you’re identified and you’re good, we’ll let you in,” instead of rejecting him outright. His parents’ killing has nothing to do with him. Maybe he has a collective karma, and he suffers, but that is his life. We should not have prejudice over the past of anybody. We should know that he’s born in this kind of killing family, he still turns around and comes and takes refuge in the Buddha’s Dharma (Teaching) and we should welcome him and help him.

Because once he’s rejected, he feels very bad, and he feels very frustrated, and then things will happen. And then once he has kind of conflict with one person, and the next person has more prejudice against him, then he tells the contact person and the contact person also condemns him, he’s finished. And once you hear this and that, then he gets worse and worse all the time. So of course, then he feels frustrated.

Anyway, I don’t say he’s right. But two wrongs don’t make one right. So, I also don’t really know the situation, how bad he was and how impolite he has behaved. But the fact that he still wants to join, to meditate again with us, should give him one more chance. If he did not break any precept and if he became better, you should give him a chance and truly forget, not trying to remember the incident again. Then maybe he can try one more time.
