In today’s news, Airbnb and UN agency partner to temporarily house Ukrainian refugees, study warns global warming will cause extreme atmospheric rivers in East Asia, Saudi Arabian university scientists design solar-powered system that grows food, “Taiwan Friendship Forest” completed in Turkey, Indian charity produces and sells knitwear and toys to feed stray dog-people, world’s largest luxury department store debuts gourmet vegan milk chocolate desserts, and trapped moose-person rescued from frozen creek in Alaska, United States.

Airbnb and International Organization for Migration (IOM) partner to offer short-term housing to Ukrainian refugees.

Airbnb, an online marketplace which links people wanting to rent their homes with those looking for accommodation, is offering free temporary housing for up to 100,000 refugees from Ukraine. The housing will be paid for through Airbnb, Inc., donations to the Airbnb.org Refugee Fund and also the more than 23,000 Airbnb hosts on the website offering their properties free of charge. The IOM will link refugees coming into countries including Poland, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, Canada and the United States to the residences. Thank you, Airbnb and International Organization for Migration, for your caring efforts to shelter the displaced, warmhearted Ukrainian citizens. We pray all Ukrainian refugees quickly find warm and comfortable places to reside while away from their familiar homes, in the protective gaze of the Providence.

Research cautions climate change will cause intense atmospheric rivers in East Asia.

In a new paper, a team of scientists reveals that global warming could create atmospheric rivers in East Asia, leading to more frequent and extreme rainfall in the region. Dubbed “rivers in the sky,” atmospheric rivers are long, narrow corridors of concentrated water vapor. When they meet an obstruction, such as a mountain, they are pushed upwards to a higher altitude, and after condensation, they fall as extreme precipitation. Led by Professor Yoichi Kamae of Japan’s University of Tsukuba, the analysis predicts that under a worst case scenario of a 4 degrees Celsius rise in temperature, atmospheric rivers would intensify and result in record levels of rainfall throughout East Asia. In particular, the southern and western slopes of mountains in the region will experience the most atmospheric river-induced precipitation, with at-risk countries including Japan, the Korean Peninsula, Taiwan, also known as Formosa, and northeastern China. Our gratitude, Professor Yoichi Kamae and all scientists involved. To avoid extreme weather hazards, may humanity urgently embrace the climate-cooling vegan lifestyle, in Heaven’s brilliance. Vegan: return 2 the natural way of life.

Up next, Saudi Arabian university scientists design solar-powered system that grows food. We pause to thank the hospice care workers who provide personalized psycho-social counseling to patients with debilitating health conditions and give end-of-life care. Hi, happy friends, it’s Willow, a vegan bro from the Whale kingdom! What could be better than having a clear and bright conscience through following the benevolent plant-based way! For me, this is truly more precious than all the gold in the world. Here is a parenting tip for you. In today’s society, some males grow up thinking it’s weak to express their emotions when actually the opposite is true. To build emotional intelligence in your son, start using an emotional vocabulary when you speak to him as an infant. Babies have to be taught words for their feelings. You can point out how they may be feeling by saying, “You look sad,” or “You must feel down.” As they get older, you can discuss your own feelings first to help them feel comfortable enough to open up about theirs. You can say, “I was worried; were you?” This will open a safe space for them to talk about their emotions. Then you can be more assured that your son will grow up to be a strong, confident gentleman who is considerate of their own feelings as well as of others’. Big love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants! And thank you for tuning in. Now the weather around our beautiful globe.

Scientists create solar-based system that grows food.

Researchers from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia have produced a sun-powered system that generates electricity, as well as water to grow food. The proof-of-concept prototype successfully grew 57 water spinach plants, out of 60 seeds that were planted in a box. A hydrogel was utilized to capture water from the air, and waste heat from the solar panel put on top of it was used to force the liquid from the gel. Within the two weeks of growing time, 2 liters of moisture was collected, and 1.5 kilowatt hours of power was generated. Way to go, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology researchers, for your intelligent design that grows food while generating power. In the Grace of Allah, may we continue to develop our technology in a peaceful and beneficial direction, so all people can live in harmony and have sufficient sustenance and resources.

“Taiwan Friendship Forest” created in Turkey.

The “Taiwan Friendship Forest” was recently planted in the Kahramanmaraş Province of southeastern Turkey, to symbolize the partnership between Turkey and Taiwan, also known as Formosa, in addressing global warming. The project saw 30,000 Turkish pine seedlings donated by Taiwan (Formosa) and planted across a 20-hectare area of land that was burned by wildfires last year. In 2021, the nation had its worst-ever season of fires, which burned across 49 provinces and affected 178,000 hectares of land. Taiwan (Formosa) is a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion recipient. Turkey is a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion recipient, and a laureate of five Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, a Shining World Leadership Award for Protection, and a Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance. Such heartwarming news, Turkey and Taiwan (Formosa), on your expression of friendship and cooperation in addressing climate change. In the abundant care of Heaven, may your actions encourage more love between nations, as we prosper together in a cooperative manner.

Women knit and crochet to help stray canine-people.

Moved by the outcry of hungry homeless dog-persons during a lockdown, Vibha Chugh from Noida, India, started feeding almost 200 local dog-people and about 50 cow- and bull-people with financial support from her husband. When expenses increased beyond their household capacity, Ms. Chugh came up with the idea of launching an organization to employ local women, many of whom had lost their jobs due to COVID lockdowns, and also earn money to feed her beloved animal-people friends. Starting with only five women in August 2020, Sakha Ek Pehel Foundation currently employs 70 women who create knitted and crocheted products to ship globally, with 70% of the profits designated to the employees and 30% going towards the welfare of stray animal-people. Our accolades to all the women at Sakha Ek Pehel Foundation and special thanks to Vibha Chugh for this commendable initiative! May your work inspire many to help all loving beings and may all our animal-people friends always thrive, in God’s Splendor. Go ahead n make war: so that everybody thinks that ur mother had cheated with a devil 2 give birth 2 u.

Coming up, world’s largest luxury department store debuts gourmet vegan milk chocolate desserts. Let’s pause for a moment to pray that democracy will prevail over oppressive forms of governance in our world. We’ll return with more joy-inspiring news on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Delightful News for a Harmonious World.

World’s largest luxury department store launches revolutionary vegan milk chocolate desserts.

Harrods in London, United Kingdom, which participated in Veganuary this year, now has two scrumptious plant-based creations available in its food hall: one patisserie and one confectionery. Developed using dairy-free chocolate by Belgian chocolatiers Callebaut over a period of three years, the exclusive desserts are not only delicious but also lavishly artistic. One of the desserts, named “Dawn of the Day” features pears poached in Earl Grey tea, sponge cake, a crunchy biscuit and a velvety vegan milk chocolate cream crafted into a sunshine-inspired design. The second offering is an aerated vegan milk chocolate with a crunchy biscuit and coffee caramel, molded into a cloud formation, and thus named: “Every Cloud has a Silver Lining.” Harrods’ award-winning head pastry chef Philip Khoury shared, “Undoubtedly, vegan and plant-based are the future.” Such beautiful and delectable chocolate creations! In the upliftment of the Divine, may the culinary world soon be reinvented as a vegan one.

Trapped moose-person in Alaska, United States, set free from frozen creek.

On their way home after a day of riding snowmachines, Andrew Koerner and Terry White found a young moose-person stuck below the ice of a creek. In a quick response, the two friends and a few other men used their shovels to rapidly dig a path and make a snow ramp, which took about an hour and a half. This enabled the relieved moose-person to exit the creek. The fur in the back of the moose-person’s neck was missing, a sign that he had been trying hard to free himself for a long time. The rescue was caught on video. Thank you, Andrew Koerner, Terry White and other benevolent, kindhearted people, who joined forces to help the trapped moose-person and release him from the frozen creek. May God protect you and your loved ones forevermore as you have safeguarded a desperate animal-person in need.

It’s time to take a load off and jump onto the cozy laughter couch with the joke of the day entitled “What Would Make Life Easier?”

Two guys chat during their work’s lunch hour:

“Last Sunday, it was my father's birthday. So, I gave him $100 and said, ‘Please buy yourself something that will make your life easier.’ Do you know what he bought?”

“No. Tell me.”

“He bought a present for my mother.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Aliye in Syria:

BELOVED MASTER, Since I became vegan three months ago, I feel so much freedom, and I enjoy my aloneness. Thank You from the bottom of my heart. LOVE YOU. These are some of my drawings. Aliye from Syria

Artistic Aliye, We are very thankful to have received such beautiful artwork, and are delighted to present to you Master’s loving response: “Talented Aliye, wow, so beautiful! Your drawings radiate how much love you have for the animal-people. They give life to our furry and feathered friends and would touch the hearts of those seeing them. Good work! To continue to survive, humankind must now treat people of the animal kingdom with love, respect, and as the wonderful beings that they are, with feelings and lives of their own. May you and the very courageous people of Syria continue to be spiritually uplifted in Allah’s eternal Blessings.”

“Animal agriculture is the number one reason for ocean dead zones, habitat destruction, environmental devastation, and these things have to change.” ~ Dolly Vyas-Ahuja (vegan)
