In today’s news, Qatar Red Crescent Society provides eye care to refugees in Bangladesh, international task force launched to examine preventing pandemics at source, Czech scientists create tiny robots to degrade microplastics, recent survey shows majority of Syrian and Eritrean refugees in Germany content, altruistic man and grandson from Virginia, United States, spread good vibes with random acts of kindness, British beauty company commits to go vegan by 2023, and endangered antelope population rebounds in Central Asia.

Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) improves refugee eye care access in Bangladesh.

QRCS, a Shining World Compassion Award laureate, has started a 14-month, approximately US$135,000 project to provide vision healthcare to Myanmar refugees in Cox’s Bazar refugee camp and the area’s host community. The plan is being carried out in collaboration with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. Medical exams and medications will be provided at seven clinics for one year, with each site treating an average of 15-20 patients each weekday. In addition, the initiative will provide 250 cataract surgeries, promote community education on eye health, and establish a referral system to specialized hospitals to treat advanced cases. Overall, the project will benefit up to 424,000 people. Our heartfelt gratitude, QRCS and Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, for your compassionate plan aiding refugees and their host community in Bangladesh. May Allah bless all to see and enjoy the beautiful sunshine every day.

International panel of experts to study root cause of pandemics.

Harvard University has convened a team of global experts to devise policy recommendations on the prevention of pandemics. Led by Dr. Aaron Bernstein, Interim Director of Harvard’s Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment, the new task force plans to highlight that the halting of the human-caused destruction of the environment to prevent pandemics in the first place is more effective and less expensive than responding to them. In particular, deforestation, the wildlife trade, and animal livestock production have been identified as the main sources of virus spillover from animals to humans. The group’s recommendations will be presented to high-ranking policymakers and government officials worldwide by a coalition called Preventing Pandemics at the Source. Many thanks, Dr. Aaron Bernstein and all involved. May humanity always treat nature and animals with respect and shift to a healthful vegan world soon, in Divine awakening.

Up next, Czech scientists create tiny robots to degrade microplastics. We would like to thank the rehearsal pianists, who help singers and choirs to practice their pieces, sometimes standing in for the full orchestra. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more favorable news. Vegan, any better idea!

Hallo brilliant viewers, I’m Ellie the vegan Eastern Cougar Cub! Why are the younger generations going vegan? Because vegan is cool – and perfect for both the youth and youthful at heart! If you ever purchase fresh herbs such as oregano, rosemary, sage or thyme, and want them to last long, consider freezing some of them in ice cube trays. You will need to start by using alkaline water to rinse the herbs. Then dry the herbs gently using a towel. Next, cut the herbs and place one kind of herb in each of the ice tray compartments. Add a little olive oil, then cover the tray before putting it in the freezer. There you have it! Your herbs-in-oil will soon be conveniently ready to use for cooking. Thank you for watching, and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Here’s the weather around the world!

Researchers develop microrobots that break down microplastics.

Scientists from the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague, in the Czech Republic, have created tiny robots that can find microplastics, plastic pieces less than 5 millimeters in length, and cause them to biodegrade. The small devices are bacteria-sized, made of bismuth vanadate and coated in magnetic iron oxide, and use sunlight to power the reaction. Four kinds of plastics were tested for seven days in a dilute hydrogen peroxide solution, and the little bots reduced the plastics’ weight by 3% and changed the pieces’ surfaces from smooth to pitted. It is hoped that in the future, the bots could be developed further and be used to help clean the extensive microplastic pollution in difficult to access places. Good job, University of Chemistry and Technology researchers, for creating this futuristic innovation to help clean the planet. In the love of the Providence, may your research lead to effective and safe treatments for microplastic pollution.

Majority of Syrian and Eritrean refugees in Germany are content.

A recent survey in Germany conducted by the German Federal Institute for Population Research and the research center of the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees has revealed that almost two-thirds of the Syrian and Eritrean refugees living in Germany are “content or very content” with their lives. From 2013 until 2019, 74,000 Eritreans and 790,000 Syrians arrived in Germany seeking shelter from conflict, various forms of persecution, conscription and more. Most of the people surveyed were happy with their circle of friends and acquaintances as well, and over half of the men have found employment. Germany is a Shining World Caring Leadership Award and Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion and Wise Governance laureate. Our appreciation, Germany, for your survey and warmly welcoming displaced people into your beautiful nation. We pray for an end to all conflicts in the world so people may live in peace and dignity in God’s care.

American man and grandson help their community with random acts of kindness.

After receiving an inheritance that he didn’t need, George from Virginia, United States, started a month-long campaign with his 3-year old grandson Miles to give away US$100 a day. The gifts went mostly to the homeless and came with a note that read, “Please accept this random act of kindness. If you don’t need it, feel free to share it with others.” George believes that doing something extra, big or small, can really make a difference and hopes to pass on the joy of sharing with the next generation. He said, “I figured that some of us in this world are doing better than others. And that those of us who were, needed to share some of that good fortune with the ones who aren’t doing so well.” Thank you, George and Miles, for uplifting others with your love and generous support. May we follow in your footsteps and practice acts of kindness every day in Heaven’s overflowing benevolence.

Coming up, British beauty company commits to go vegan by 2023. We’ll take a moment and pray that God’s beloved children who wish to return Home to the Kingdom of Heaven be shown the right way. More inspiring news coming up on Supreme Master Television. Vegan = for the noble souls only. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Admirable News for a Higher Standard World.

The Body Shop pledges to go 100% vegan.

The British beauty retailer, founded in 1976 by the late environmentalist Dame Anita Roddick, has committed to making 100% of its products Vegan Trademark certified by The Vegan Society by 2023. Currently, 60% of its items are vegan. The Body Shop was the first global beauty company to oppose cosmetics animal testing. Lionel Thoreau, Global Brand Director at The Body Shop, explained: “Going 100% vegan is a natural step for us, and vegan beauty products are the next important stage in our sustainability and environmental efforts.” Furthermore, in-store recycling programs will be initiated and refilling stations will be made available in select stores worldwide to reduce plastic usage. We celebrate your wise, animal-friendly decision, The Body Shop, and pray that all other beauty companies will follow in your laudable footsteps, in Celestial support.

Rare antelope numbers more than doubled in two years.

According to Kazakhstan’s latest aerial survey, the population of the critically endangered Saiga antelope has increased from 334,000 to 842,000 since 2019. After more than half of the species perished in 2015, which was attributed to a nasal bacterium that spread through warm and humid conditions, the Central Asian antelope has rebounded with authorities’ protective measures. The saigas are only found in parts of Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia. Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources noted that the migratory mammal’s growth in numbers is “an indicator of the effectiveness of measures to conserve saiga populations and counteract poaching.” Kazakhstan is a Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance laureate. Our hearts are gladdened by the news that the precious Saiga antelopes are rising in numbers. In Allah’s sheltering grace, may all beings continue to flourish as we welcome a soon-in-coming vegan world full of peace and compassion.

Laughter can relax your muscles up to 45 minutes, so take some time to unwind and enjoy our joke of the day called “On the Left Side.”

As Sean’s kids were boarding his boat for a ride on the lake, four-year-old Erica yelled:

“I want to sit on the left side!”

But her older brother, Pavel, didn’t agree:

“No, I want the left side!”

“I want the left side!”

“No, I want the left side!”

Their dad saw that this will could continue for a while, so he decided to resolve the issue by saying:

“Kids, let’s not argue... Since Erica is the younger one, she can sit on the left side.”

“Thanks, Dad! Which one is the left side?”

And now we have a heartline from Hao-Yu in Hong Kong:

Beloved and Respected Master and the Supreme Master TV team, I am grateful to Master for Your Grace and Blessings. Although the government departments have yet to inform the public about the environmental impact of the meat diet, in the past six months, plant-based “meat” products have already gained popularity among the public. Some convenience stores and even major hamburger and fast-food chain restaurants now have plant-based “meat” on their menus, which are widely welcomed by young people. One time, when traveling on the metro, I saw an advertisement sponsored by the electricity company, which clearly pointed out the main causes of the extreme climate, and the first is the meat diet. Their online video has had about two million views. I pray that everyone will soon awaken and quit the meat diet, and a vegan world will be realized. I also pray that Master will always be in peace and good health, and Her retreats will bring excellent results. Hao-Yu from Hong Kong

Positive Hao-Yu, We appreciate hearing this great news that a major company in Hong Kong is making the public aware of the climate consequences of meat-eating and that the youth are embracing plant-based meats. May Heavenly Blessings bring you and the motivated people of Hong Kong abundance and well-being. In the goodwill of the Divine, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master enthusiastically replies: “Endearing Hao-Yu, we must keep working together to spread the vegan trend as well as praying and meditating together daily for World Vegan. This is the time to do our utmost to assure the well-being of our animal friends and planet. May Buddha’s Grace protect and uplift you and the refined citizens of Hong Kong.”
