I’m happy to share a tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai today: “Hi kids, If you happen to have some disagreement or misunderstanding with family members or friends, and find it hard to clarify your opinion or self-defense, just calmly wait till you can collect your thoughts and write them all down as truthfully and clearly as you can, then give it to that person(s). 

Surely things will sort out better this way than a heated argument or explanation that you might be too shy to express. Peace to you, my good ones. God Loves you kids!”
