Today, we are delighted to present excerpts from “Así Hablaba Quetzalcóatl (Thus Spoke Quetzalcóatl),” where the Enlightened Master guides us on the path towards acquiring wisdom through open-minded perception, self-reflection, and recognizing the interconnectedness of all life. Additionally, Quetzalcóatl (vegetarian) expounds on the importance of allowing children to find their own path in life with regards to parenting.
The End of the Path “And Quetzalcóatl meditated out loud: I remember the Life which modeled this body and took it out from the body of the planet. And in its image, it also modeled many more bodies, so that the same Spirit could use them as gloves, to feel through them the warmth of experience. I remember the same stars, which have seen how this world was born, and now see how it frolics, the same as the children worlds, looking for the same beating that many more worlds look for in the Universe.
Feeling at their tender years the same temptations and falling like everyone of their age in the same faults. And remember all of you, because man’s ignorance comes from feeling isolated, it is like the ignorance of the crest of a wave which, raising up its head for a moment in the sea’s evenness, thinks it is not a part of the sea.
Remember all of you, that as straight as it may join you with your goals, it will enslave all those who didn’t do it according to the proper steps. Blessed be that one who takes the shortest path, because he will reach there earlier. But blessed be all those who reach there, because by reaching, they will see the way from above, and being out of it, will be able to see the beginning and the end of the path in front of them.
Because a stone will never consider reaching the mountain by walking, but it longs for it. And it longs for it so much, that it moves, and later it crawls, later on it walks, after that it flies, and at last its thought creates the hands that, reaching the top, it places it over it. And this is the only thing that time is: desire.
Immediate illumination is possible, because the Light was always within you. It only is necessary to make the right reconnection and repeat it, until it becomes natural, … then you will feel at Home And if time is only desire ... Then make your only desire come, this time.”
Walking You Will Teach Them To Walk “Whatever you know, keep silence. You won’t teach anybody anything more than what he knows. And if he expands his knowledge, by taking it from you without being prepared, it will be superficial and without essence. Wisdom is not a gift; one has to work in friction with life and daily sacrifice. To the ones you ought to say something, life itself will be the one in charge of putting them at the same time in your way and walking you will teach them to walk. That which silence inspires us, is similar to God’s language. But, truly to be able to communicate with God, we must do it in His own Celestial language. The Inner Sound.”
The Secret of the Flight “[…] Teach your children how to fly, but don’t impose the way to do it to them, because perhaps you flew in life like seagulls, and they wish to do it as little birds. Perhaps you flew in life like falcons, and they wish to do it like eagles. Rather, teach them to choose the flight. But for this, you must know first the secrets of flying, the secrets within all the ways of flying. Strength, respect, altruism, and independence become a good legacy.”
My Brother the Well “[…] Know that the closest friend you have is no one but yourself. Learn to Love him and Know him. Because how would you then know how to Love and Understand and Help those who are farther away than yourselves? The one who is able to see himself, is also able to see himself in the others, and by knowing his own heart, the mystery within his brother’s heart will also be known.”
