Today, we are pleased to feature the animal-people advocate, founder, and owner of De La Tierra Plant Based Vegan Food, David Martinez (vegan). David Martinez decided to start the vegan food truck, De La Tierra, in San Jose, California, USA, in 2019, not long before the impact of the COVID-19 pandemics.
