Sharing Blessing of Quan Yin Bodhisattva and that Purity and Wisdom Led Me to Choose Right Way Home

MOST REVERED MASTER, The Central Highlands of Âu Lạc (Vietnam) – a fertile land of rich red basalt soil, and home to the cultural space of gongs, which has been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity – is where I was born and raised! Yet Japan is where I was reborn for the second time (I received initiation on September 16, 2025). It is a very long story, but also a very joyful one that I sincerely wish to share with You, Master. I chose today, August 16, to send this heartline to You because the 2026 Durian Festival is taking place in the Central Highlands. One of the most spectacular and beautiful highlights of the festival is a parade of 525 pickup trucks, each loaded with durians, arranged to form the words “DAK LAK.” The convoy then paraded through the streets, setting a Guinness World Record in 2026. Although I am currently in Japan, seeing the beauty of my homeland fills me with great joy and pride! I suddenly dreamed that the vegan sector, too, could one day achieve an even greater world record!

I have always loved vegetarian food and had the aspiration to become a monastic, but in Âu Lạc (Vietnam), it was very difficult for me to live that way. Then, following the trend, in April 2022, I came to Japan as an international student. I immediately chose a vegan lifestyle. In Japan, I could prepare my own meals using vegetables and fruits. And because I deeply understood the suffering of our animal friends, becoming vegan was very easy for me.

I had visited temples and attended meditation retreats at temples before, but I did not experience anything. Once, standing before a very large statue of Quan Yin, I prayed: “If You let me meet someone who can answer all the questions in my heart, I vow to follow that person.”  When I returned home and picked up my phone, I immediately came across a lecture entitled: “Erase Enmity with Love.” After listening to it, all the questions in my heart were answered so clearly. I typed “SUPREME MASTER CHING HAI” in Aulacese (Vietnamese) to learn more. I then searched in Japanese, and, incredibly, Your precious words enlightened my soul, saving me and guiding me onto the most virtuous path!

Now, I have graduated and am working in Japan. In my spare time, I make videos about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle, hoping to contribute my small effort toward spreading veganism within the community! May WORLD VEGAN, WORLD PEACE soon become a reality! Your disciple, Nhật Vinh from Japan
