I’ve been cooking up a vegan celebration for my family recently, and now there are a lot of dishes to wash – that’s no laughing matter! So, I found a useful tip on cleaning pots and pans! Coffee grounds can effectively clean them because of their slightly abrasive texture and natural degreasing properties. Fill your pan one-third to halfway with warm, soapy water and add one tablespoon of coffee grounds. With a non-abrasive sponge, gently scrub the pan using the soapy grounds. This method is safe for delicate surfaces like Teflon and cast iron, making it a versatile and eco-friendly cleaning solution. Rinse well and dry as usual for sparkling clean cookware.

Greetings to the most Beloved Ultimate Master Ching Hai and the esteemed Supreme Master TV team. On the final day of February, I contacted a friend who was once a disciple of Master and found out that she had severe flu, and even after being discharged from the hospital, she was unable to speak due to severe coughing. I sent her, by the Telegram app, two audio files of Master’s songs, one of them was Master’s Buddha Chanting, along with some of Master’s beautiful and sacred pictures, so that she could play them continuously in her home. She thanked me for that.
The following day, after my morning meditation, I remembered the time my child was born, and while the same songs, Master’s Buddha Chanting and a song which Master sang in a big concert, while wearing a white outfit, were playing in the background on the repeat mode, I fell asleep. In my inner vision, I saw that Beloved Master visited my home, and I bowed in reverence before Her. Dearest Master then approached the piano and played the Buddha Chanting song. With each key She touched, golden white Light emanated from that key, and I remained in a bowed position.
I saw a young boy holding colorful candies/sweets and playing. I noticed some ants on the room floor, and I removed the box of vegan sweets from the floor. I woke up and it was as if the music that Master played in my inner vision was in tune with the music playing on my mobile phone. And when I looked at the clock, it was exactly 10:55 in the morning, the precise time when my son was born.
