Hallo, Dear Master, Every New Year, I hand-draw spring couplets, write down good wishes, and give them to relatives, friends, or strangers for free, wishing all in the coming new year to be healthy, safe, and have all their wishes come true. But it was different last year. Last year, I only wanted to write couplets with the words “vegan.” I hoped to remind everyone to quickly adopt a vegan diet at this crucial moment and to embrace peace.
I wrote vegan couplets and sent them to fellow initiates in Keelung, intending to share them with the general public. Thinking that the vegan couplets could be printed for promotion, the initiated sister in Keelung asked me to re-write the couplet sample with black characters on white paper to make a plate and print. I was feeling very unwell, both my hands and feet were weak, and I was lying in bed resting. Upon receiving that phone call, I doubted very much whether I could complete the job since my body was in so much pain and so weak.
Just as I picked up the writing brush and stood up to start writing, a miracle happened. All the pain left me, and I forgot all the discomforts in my body. Under the guidance of a strong power, I became the writing brush of God. Without shaking hands or panting, I finished the couplet stroke by stroke. It was the best-looking couplet with the best layout I have ever written. With my heart full of joy, I asked my husband to send it to the printing house. I think that the word “vegan” carries incredible energy. Just by displaying it, it signifies an endorsement of the meaning of veganism, providing a reason for God to save that soul. Miracles are natural when we do this. Life is much simpler than humans have made it. I hope your story awakens everyone who hears it to what going vegan truly means. It is not just a dietary choice; it is the choice for Heaven’s will. May humans choose to be true love so that they may know the Divine and themselves. Do please take good care of yourself. Eat well, sleep regular hours, do walk in the fresh air, get Doctor’s advice, and perhaps some vitamins/supplements to boost physical wellness when needed.
