I love finding out the most natural and practical ways to lower our footprint on our beautiful Mother Earth, so I have an interesting eco-friendly tip for you today. Did you know that you can use the leaves of the blue spur flower plant to replace toilet paper? It’s true – my family has been doing this for years! The blue spur plant is native to Africa and South Asia and easy to grow in most climates. An example is Indian Borage. Amazingly, the leaf of this plant is the same size as a piece of toilet paper! Its durable yet soft texture makes it a great planet-friendly alternative. Additionally, it gives off a natural, minty scent and doesn’t cause any damage to the environment. Blue spur is easy to grow and you can plant it at home in gardens or potted on balconies. This way, you’ll have an endless supply of truly green toilet paper!
Now, it’s time to perform the secret hilarity handshake to access the joke of the day. It’s called, “Photo Enlargement Service.”

“Are you able to enlarge a photo to life-size?”
“Of course, yes! That’s our specialty.”

Dear Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, all in-house team and the many other contributors and supporters around the world who make Supreme Master TV programming a reality 24 hours a day to benefit the world as a whole. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. As I watched the Supreme Master TV program that was recorded on January 24, 2023, between Supreme Master Ching Hai and a Supreme Master Television team member, I could not help but cry, and cry for feeling the pain that Supreme Master Ching Hai is experiencing for the whole of humanity and the animal-people kingdom. My tears come down as feeling the pain myself, feeling the frustration that Supreme Master Ching Hai goes through day after day, due to the collective karmic effect that is destroying humans and animal-people alike, all over the world, and especially for what is happening right now between Ukraine (Ureign) and Russia.
My tears come down knowing how lucky and blessed I am to have been initiated by Supreme Master Ching Hai back in 1998…My tears come down feeling helpless, and sometime useless, because I feel that I am not doing enough to help myself and others. Many times, I ask God in meditation to guide me to do more good around me, and for some reason, I sense that what I am doing, how I am doing it, and why I am doing it, is all I need to do right now due to my karmic circumstances…
My Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, I am sorry for not being able to do more, but I THANK YOU for allowing me to be alive and well at this time, and to be able to do my best for what I need to do right now, where I am and in my present circumstances. My daily meditation keeps me connected to You, keeps me close to God, and keeps me in harmony and at peace, amid all that is happening in and around my life at this time.
