In a mere span of six minutes, the enchanting melodies of birdsong exerted an astonishing power over the emotional wellness of the participants, resulting in a substantial decrease in feelings of anxiety, depression, and even paranoia.

In one study, University of Michigan students in the United States were recruited and given a short memory test. The participants were divided into two groups. The first group embarked on a stroll through an arboretum, while the second group took a walk along a city street. When they returned to repeat the memory test, the individuals who had experienced the serenity of the trees showed an improvement of nearly 20% compared to their initial performance. In contrast, those who had immersed themselves in the urban landscape did not demonstrate consistent enhancement.
