Vitadacani Onlus: Providing a Safe Haven for All Animals, Part 2 of 2

In 1992, Vitadacani Onlus and several other farm animal sanctuaries united to create the Network of Sanctuaries for Free Animals in Italy. The organization’s purpose is to enhance collaboration and information-sharing between the sanctuaries regarding a common goal - bettering the human-animal relationship. In the Network’s founding charter, the organization’s vision on resident rights is described as follows: ＊We, the sanctuaries’ residents, have to be as free as possible and allowed to live according to our own nature.
