Tonight, a story of hope and survival after a family dog saved his eleven-year-old best friend from a mudslide in the mountains. “And he stayed on top of the pile and was just barking away. And I just thought the dog was going crazy. I didn’t realize he had located the boy.” “Tucker stayed put until firefighters arrived and used chainsaws to dig Jamie out.” “(So, you rescued Tucker…) Yeah, (and) he rescued me.”

A dog lost half her face to save two children from a motorcycle crash. Kabang, a German shepherd mix, was adopted by Rudy Bungal as a stray puppy in the Philippines. “What is important to us is she saved our children, and we cannot thank her enough for that,” Bungal said.

In 2017, Nan Hauser, a whale-person Biologist, was working on a film about whale-folk conservation. This whale swam right up to this scientist and refused to leave her side. “I was there for ten and a half minutes. And… then I saw the shark.” “…whale(-people), the whale(-people), the big whale(-people) that some people hunt for food, have 300% Loving Quality housed within that loving great, gentle giant, we call whale(-people).”

We will meet the heroic cat-individual, Willow, who saved her human caretaker, Amanda Jameson, during a diabetic episode. “I put me(my) hand down, and she was biting my fingers and hands. So, actually I followed her.” Ray called an ambulance and they rushed Amanda to the hospital, where doctors said she was very close to slipping into a diabetic coma. All thanks to Willow.
