The Climate Change Response Act in Taiwan (Formosa) mandates promoting the low-carbon vegan diet to achieve its 2050 net-zero goal. Canada’s updated guidelines emphasize the benefits of vegan eating. Edinburgh, Scotland, has signed the Plant Based Treaty, joining the global movement.
